The system is assembled step by step, from the installation of load-bearing posts to the formation of a completed cascading protective perimeter around the facility

The panels are designed with four mounting holes for attaching Z-shaped brackets. The panels are suspended on the load-bearing elements of the metal frame. The brackets are fixed with bolts to prevent panel movement. This fastening method ensures panel stability and allows quick removal in the event of damage to the panel or frame


Panels are sequentially suspended onto the horizontal guides in an overlapping cascading arrangement. This layout forms a continuous protective screen and increases the system’s effectiveness against fragments, impact loads, and secondary damaging factors. NG fire rating (non-combustible)


Once installation is complete, a finished protective system is formed: the storage tank is fully enclosed by AEGIS Cascade panels along its perimeter. The structure creates a continuous protective screen, reduces the risk of damage from fragments and impact loads, and at the same time preserves access for operation, maintenance, and replacement of individual system elements.
