The system is used where reinforcement of the most vulnerable facility sections is required without rebuilding the entire infrastructure and without creating a continuous external protective perimeter
Initial condition of the facility
A metal load-bearing frame is installed around the selected critical zone, forming the basis of the future protective perimeter. The structure is adapted to the facility geometry and allows localized shielding of the most vulnerable areas without rebuilding the entire infrastructure
Protective AEGIS Cascade panels are sequentially mounted onto the installed frame. The panels form a localized protective screen around pipelines, process nodes, equipment, or other critical facility elements
Once installation is complete, a finished localized protection system is formed, enclosing the selected zone against fragments, impact loads, and secondary damaging factors. The structure preserves access for facility maintenance and can be adapted to specific operational requirements. NG fire rating (non-combustible)
