Initial condition of the facade
Vertical and horizontal guides are installed on the facade of the building or structure, forming the base for the subsequent mounting of protective panels. The frame is integrated into the existing structure of the facility and prepares the surface for the installation of the cascading protection system
AEGIS Cascade panels are sequentially mounted onto the installed guides. The cascading arrangement forms a continuous protective screen, improves the effectiveness of the facade protection system, and ensures coverage of vulnerable zones across the entire protected surface
Once installation is complete, the building facade is fully enclosed with AEGIS Cascade panels. The system forms a finished external protective perimeter, increases the structure’s resistance to impact loads, fragments, and secondary damaging factors, while preserving access for operation and maintenance of the facility.
